Please note that after opening your iStart account you can amend your documents at any time until the submission closes. 

Round 1: Submission deadline: February 28th, 2012. If accepted, all applicants are required to provide signed IP Declaration and IP Disclosure statements at some time before the final Regional Judging and Awards event, April 30 and May 1, 2012. (Click on the link to open or right-click to save the PDF file).

Round 2: All successful candidates are assigned to one of two categories:“Go Forward” or “Promising Ideas.” Please click on the appropriate link to receive instructions for the next phase of the competition. Note that requirements for the competition have changed somewhat. For Round 2, you will be need to provide a 10- slide presentation deck, summarizing the key elements of your business plan (including financials) plus a five page business abstract. You should continue developing your business plan as it will be required for the final round of judging in Pasadena and for the National Finals in Washington. Also, please continue uploading these documents on the start website.
